My philosophy is to support and equip expectant mothers—educationally, emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually—so they feel confident, informed, and empowered to trust their intuition and the natural process of birth.
I currently accept 1–3 clients per month, with due dates spaced at least one week apart. In some cases, I may take up to four clients, depending on their due-date timing. This spacing ensures I can be fully present and available for each birth.”
Yes. I am an enrolled provider with Medi-Cal, Kaiser, Health Net, Anthem Blue Cross, Aetna, Health Plan of San Joaquin, and Partnership HealthPlan of California. At this time, I do not accept Blue Cross of California.
Yes, I am a certified doula and have held my certification since 2020.
In the rare event that I am unable to attend a birth, my certified backup doula will be present to provide support in my place.
Yes, you can absolutely meet my backup doula. Meetings can be arranged upon request, typically around 36 weeks of pregnancy.
I support allowing the mother to trust their body and its natural ability to give birth. At the same time, I recognize that medical interventions, such as an epidural, can sometimes be helpful in supporting a safe birth. I respect and support any decision you make for your safety or comfort, and I will provide education so you fully understand what that decision may involve. This is your journey, and I am here to honor it.
Absolutely. Once you become my client, you will have access to my calendar and can schedule time with me whenever needed.
When labor begins, I will support and coach you via phone, text, or FaceTime until your contractions are strong enough to head to your chosen birthing location. From there, I will either meet you at home if you choose to continue laboring there, or join you at your birth location once you are in active labor.
